for Management Services
Washington, D.C., September 4, 2013 – The Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU) announced that it has selected Association Management Strategies to provide association management and administrative services to the organization.
“This is an exciting time for our association,” said Lee Janecek, President of AHOU. “We understood the need to find a strategic partner to assist us as we embarked upon this next stage in our development. We were looking for a company that had experience and a clear understanding of our needs. We felt that Association Management Strategies met those criteria. We are very pleased that they will be partnering with AHOU,” he said.

The Association of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU) is an international insurance and financial services association with more than 1,400 individual members. The association was founded in 2002 when the Home Office Life Underwriters Association (HOLUA) and Institute of Home Office Underwriters (IHOU) joined forces to provide one unified voice for life, health, and living benefits underwriting professionals.
The mission of the association is to advance the knowledge of sound underwriting of life, health, and disability insurance risks, toward which end it holds meetings, publishes papers and discussions, and promotes educational programs.
