Announces New Client
Washington, DC—Washington, DC based association
management firm, Association Management Strategies (AMS)
has been chosen by the Wedding and Event Videographers
Association International to manage the WEVA Expo 2008.
The Wedding and Event Videographers Association International
is the largest nonprofit trade association representing
professional wedding and event videographers. Based
throughout the US and around the globe, WEVA International
members are dedicated video producers who specialize
in the art of documenting and preserving important social
and corporate events and presentations.
The WEVA Expo has been managed by volunteers since
its inception 17 years ago. “We are pleased with
the WEVA’s decision to transfer management of
the Expo to AMS,” said John Flatley, Managing
Principal of AMS. “The association leadership
recognized the need to increase management of the Expo
and recognized the proven track record of AMS in meeting
and expo management,” said Flatley.
